Neqtiq reserves the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. No contract exists between you and Neqtiq for the sale of any goods until Neqtiq has received and accepted your order and payment in full
Our Prices are checked regularly, however if we find the price has changed when we receive your order we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed or cancel your order. When you order with Neqtiq the description and price of the goods you order will be as shown on our website at the time you place your order. Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only.
Descriptions are provided for customer convenience only and the customer is responsible for verifying their accuracy prior to purchase. Unless there is a mistake in the title or manufacturer’s part number, all returns due to incorrect descriptions will be treated as a customer error and will be subject to a restocking fee. If we send you the wrong item we will arrange collection for full refund. All our payment method guarantees money back.
Some products require a minimum order quantity these are items such as fuses that come in packs, unusually this will be made clear in the description if this is not the case we will contact you after placing an order with us.
Neqtiq needs to be contacted by customer within 14 calendar days if a return is requested on grounds of incorrect descriptions. Also the product must be unused and in its original packaging. If the product purchased by the customer does not match the description made by manufacturer, Neqtiq cannot and will not be responsible for such statement or any changes made to that statement.
All products are subject to availability, if your order is not in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible and refund the full amount paid immediately.
Neqtiq ensures that all products are delivered on time, however neqtiq liability is limited to the invoiced value of the relevant order placed with us. Neqtiq accepts Credit Card, PayPal and Amazon pay when you order online. We employ Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) data encryption technology to ensure your personal information and identity is protected.
Our delivery prices can be found on our Delivery & Return Page, this delivery prices are subject to any additional bulky carriage charges. we will contact you should any additional carriage charge apply, at which point you will have the opportunity to cancel the order if you wish. Our Dispatched schedule is simple, most products ordered before Noon (Mon-Thur) are dispatched the next day. Orders processed on Friday are dispatched on Monday or Tuesday upon successful payment confirmation unless otherwise specify. However allow up to two working days for your order to dispatch during busy period unless stated otherwise.
Neqtiq makes every effort to deliver your order within the time stated. However, due to certain unforeseen circumstances, slight delay in deliveries might occur, Neqtiq will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late or delayed delivery. If Neqtiq cannot deliver your order for reasons beyond our control, we will contact you and notify you as soon as possible. If you fail to take delivery of theorder, We may return the product to our warehouse or fulfilment centre where at least 15% restocking fee will be charged.
If the customer wishes to have the item sent back a redelivery charge will apply. If you have changed your mind about your order and wishes to return it, you can do so, according to the Distance Selling Regulations. Customers must notify us their decision within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.
If you change your mind and will like to return your order for refund, the item must NOT have the manufacturer's seal broken/opened. We will refund you the total amount paid for product in full less any delivery charges. Refund will be issued within a week of receiving the returned item. If the customer wishes to return the item after 14 days and before 30days of receiving it, this is subject to approval and at least 15% restocking/administration fee may be applied. Customer do not have the right to return an item if this is for example a computer software which has been unsealed, except where a fault is discovered which could not have been discovered otherwise. This applies to all products which cannot be resold as new once seal or packaging has been broken.
Please contact us if you wish to verify whether your goods fall into this category. Customer will have to bear the cost for returning the goods in this case.
If the item received is faulty or damaged, customer has 14 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault upon return we will inspect the item, once the fault is verified, we will issue a replacement or full refund. If the item is found not faulty, it will be returned to the customer in which case the customer must pay for carriage.
Orders found to be faulty after 14 working days of purchase will only be repaired. If repair is not possible, they will be replaced with the same product. If the item purchased is within its warranty period, customer is entitled to repair or replacement. In some cases, manufacturers provide a specialist full onsite service and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience which we recommend our customers use in order to correct the fault quickly.
If the item received by customer is not what customer originally ordered from Neqtiq, customer has 14 calendar days in which to inform us of this mistake. We will collect or ask the customer to return the wrong item and we will issue an exchange or refund upon receiving the wrong item from the customer. Items must be returned to us in pristine condition and unopened package.
Customer do not have the right to return an item if this is for example a computer software which has been unsealed by the customer. This applies to selected products that cannot be resold as new once seal or packaging has been broken. Please contact us if you wish to verify whether your goods fall into this category.
Always obtain proof of postage in case you need to claim compensation from carrier.
